Wolf Inaugural Committee Details Swearing-In Ceremony

Today the Wolf Inaugural Committee released additional details regarding the Swearing-In Ceremony of the 47th Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Wolf. Governor-elect Wolf will be sworn-in on the east wing of the Capitol by Judge Penny Blackwell on a mid-nineteenth century family bible. This bible has been passed down to Governor-elect Wolf from his paternal grandmother's family, the Trout's of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.

"We look forward to welcoming people from all throughout the commonwealth for the swearing-in of Pennsylvania's 47th governor, Tom Wolf," said Wolf Inaugural Committee co-chair Reid Walsh. "This momentous day is a time for all of Pennsylvania to celebrate new beginnings and welcome Governor-elect Wolf to his new office."

Join us for a night of celebration

Today, the Wolf Inaugural Committee announced additional details regarding the "Let's Get Started" Inaugural Celebration of the 47th Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Wolf. This nighttime celebration will be taking place at the Hershey Lodge on January 20, 2015.

Wolf Inaugural Committee Announces Inauguration Day Schedule and Ticket Availability

In addition to the swearing-in ceremonies for the lieutenant governor and governor to be held at the Capitol, the day's events include an inaugural exhibit of the Pennsylvania Arts, a children's program, an open house at the Governor's Residence, and an evening "Let's Get Started" inaugural celebration to be held at the Hershey Lodge.

This is your inauguration

Thanks to Tom's dedicated supporters, his gubernatorial campaign went from a small-town operation with a big dream to a statewide organization with a whole lot of heart and enthusiasm for Tom's vision of a fresh start.
